* Silent Walking A practice where we walk in nature with a small group in total silence, to engage more conection with nature itself. a.o. The birds, trees, plants and the natural elements. 

* Eight-Form Moving Chan (movements) is a set of exercises that can be practiced almost anywhere and at any time. This system of “meditation through motion” is beneficial to body, mind, spirit, and once acquired through diligent practice, can be performed whether you walk, standing or sitting, so that you are always mindful of being relaxed in body and mind which lead to physical wellness
By practicing the Eight Forms, you will always be composed and at ease, and at every moment you enjoy the bliss of meditation, relaxation and the joy of body-mind-spirit.

We usually give workshops and training to groups of people coming together with a similar interest in an educational and relaxed atmosphere. 
Most students are looking for personal development. Many are tired of hunting and chasing by being lived in the mindstream media. Being among like-minded people and sharing and exchanging experiences gives a sense of connection. We support people who feel overall uncomfortable due to stress, fatigue (insomnia) and who feel that they are actually moving through life without grip. They often do not feel understood in their immediate surroundings and are happy to anticipate activities with other people on the way providing backup and support for well-being and health.
